Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Moonshot. Full refunds are available within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, the terms below apply by plan type.

• Weekly & monthly subscriptions — full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. After that, no refund is issued for the current period, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period.
• Yearly subscriptions — full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, no cash refund, but you may request pro-rated credit toward future use in exceptional cases.
• Free tier — the one free video is never charged (it can be built and previewed but not exported), so there is nothing to refund unless you have started a paid subscription.
• Renewals — automatic renewals are treated as a new billing period. Contact us promptly if a renewal charged you in error and we'll review it.

• Subject line: “Refund Request”
• The email address registered to your Moonshot account
• The transaction / order ID from your Paddle receipt
• Optionally, the reason for your request (helps us improve)

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional few business days to post the credit.

• Requests made after the applicable window above.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeatedly purchasing and refunding).

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution with Paddle.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of that purchase. See also our Terms of Service.
